I bought a laptop from this Junk shop last october.very nice transaction...they sold me a junk..the laptop isnt charging at all..and running very slow after i reformated..i went back to them a few weeks after to have it checked..wla naman ako napala...their technician checked it and after a few tweaks..the OS doesnt boot..they advice me to leave the laptop so they can check..bios update daw ang solution hahaha??anu daw...hndi nagboot yung laptop kasi disabled yung sata feature..prang wla rin alam sa computers ang owner and technician... im computer grad person so i know naman yung sinasabi na bios update daw..halatang kinahoy na yung parts ng laptop eh..hahahaha..anyways..if u want to some trash, i recomment u to buy from them..

covered pa namna po ng warranty ang laptop nyo..bkit hindi nyo na binalik smin for refund or replacement?.....why do you have to post negative feedback that way>?......maayos ka namna namin inaassist dto sa shop regarding your complaint.....u can easily ask for a refund kung ayaw mo yung unit na nakuha mo....its your right as a customer....
sana we can settle this issue in humane manner
